The child M is getting too short on my daughter, but the child L fell off her hips! Can you refer me to a more detailed Child size chart so I can compare it to the Adult Size Chart? I hear the adult sizes are proportionally longer. Thanks!

Med measures 21" unstretched to 26" fully stretched. Length is 8.5" in the front and 10.5" in the back from top of waistband to bottom of skirt.
