We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $39 with use of code. It's a very cute style and good quality. The only downside is that it was tight around the base of my neck where the buttons meet. It started to hurt so once I unbuttoned and loosened it around my shoulders it was fine. Maybe it was because I have a slightly longer than normal torso.
