I should have listened to the other reviews - this costume runs VERY SMALL ON TOP. I would size up by one size - all smalls should be mediums, etc. Otherwise, it is beautiful, flowy on the bottom, and will look incredible on stage.

SLIGHTLY SMALL
Based on other reviews I sized up. Good thing, because it is tight in the arms/shoulders/chest area if you have any muscle or curves. In general it looks good just not quite as loose.

I'M POSTING TO CLARIFY THAT THIS IS TRUE TO SIZE
I almost bought a medium because of the reviews that indicate it's not trued to size, and so glad I didn't. This product is true to size, and I probably could have even gotten an x-small. My daughter is 5'4" and about 105 lbs. The product is exactly as advertised.

RUNS SMALL
Great material, looks really nice, but runs very small. The cap sleeves were digging into the girls' arms and they were skin tight on the whole group, not loose fitting like the image which is what were were going for.
Exchanged to size up. Customer service was quick and amazing. Thank you DDS!!!

Runs VERY small. My child normally wears a small, but the large was tight. Other than that it is great.

I purchased these for a dance concert, and they are arrived in good time. The issue is, they ran extremely small. On the models, the dress is loose around their waists, but the models must have been wearing an extra large because my dancers who wore a small ordered a small and it was very tight. If you're going to order these dresses, order one to two sizes up, and if you wear an extra large, you're probably out of luck (unless you want it to be super tight).
If they had been correctly sized, the dresses would be almost perfect, the material is stretchy and looks basically like it does in the pictures. It just runs very small.
