We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $39 with use of code. Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $4.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. Orders greater than 10 lbs will be shipped ground and may exceed 3-days. Delivery times do not include processing time. Cannot be combined with other offers and additional restrictions may apply.
Item availability is intended as a rough guide only. If an item is listed as 'Out of Stock' and we are accepting orders for it the order will be placed on backorder and your credit card will NOT be charged until the item has shipped. You may cancel the order at any time before the item ships.

I'm on my second order of shoes and they hurt my daughter's foot. Beware that you get charged $10 when you return a pair of shoes so we only recovered $15 on the last pair we paid $25 for!

Great looking shoes but be warned. They are at least 2 sizes too small and very narrow.

Beth 08/24/2013 Ma Age: 35 to 44 My daughter is a child's size 2.5 W in street shoes, can you help me figure out what size to get her
Unfortunately all of our shoes, even if they're the same brand or type of shoe are sized individually. You want to make sure you look at the "sizing" tab for the suggested fit on each item. For this shoe, a child's 2.5 you would need to convert into an adult size (by adding 2). Then you would look at the fit. The recommended fit is to order same as street size. That would mean that after going up to a 4.5 you would stay ordering a 4.5. Though we cannot guarantee sizing, that is our best recommendation.
